1. Before You Book

Q: What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Hell’s Kitchen, Hudson Yards, and Midtown West. If you’re nearby, let us know — we may be able to accommodate.

Q: What services do you offer?

  • 30-min & 50-min dog walks

  • Boarding (one dog at a time, siblings allowed)

  • Drop-in visits (dogs and cats)

Q: How do I book?
Use our booking form on the website. Once confirmed, we’ll invite you to Time to Pet, our client app.

Q: Do I need a meet & greet?
We’re always happy to arrange a meet & greet for first-time clients who’d like that extra peace of mind. In addition, we’re verified sitters on Rover, which includes a full background check, so you can feel confident your pup is in safe and trusted hands.

Q: Do you take same-day requests?

We’ll do our best to accommodate if our schedule allows. The quickest way to check is to send a request through our booking form; if we’re out walking, you’ll still get a reply as soon as possible.

Q: Can you do a cat drop-in visit?
Yes! We can stop by to feed, refresh water, scoop litter, and give your cat some company. Whether your kitty is social or shy, we’ll follow their lead to keep them comfortable. You can make custom notes in the booking form.

2. After You Book

Q: What happens next?

  • You’ll get an invite to Time to Pet (available on Apple & Google).

  • Inside the app, you’ll receive GPS walk reports, photos, messages, and payment tracking.

Q: How do you access my building/apartment?
We work with doormen, lockboxes, door unlocked or drop-off at our apartment Let us know what works best when you book.

Q: What do I need to provide?

  • Walks: Leash, collar, harness, towel by the door, and water bowl visible for refill.
  • Boarding: Food with instructions, meds if needed, crate if used, plus an optional toy or blanket for comfort.

Pro Tip: Keep your pup’s info (feeding times, quirks, vet info) updated in Time to Pet — it helps us keep care seamless.

3. During Services

Q: How will I know how my dog is doing?
Every walk or visit comes with a photo update + GPS route + notes via Time to Pet. For boarding, you’ll get AM & PM updates.

Q: Do you walk multiple dogs at once?
For now, we only offer solo walks to give your pup our full attention and care. If we introduce group walks in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know and thoughtfully match your dog with others of similar temperament and energy level.

Q: What’s boarding like?
Your pup is the only guest in our apartment (unless siblings). Crate-free by default, unless you prefer otherwise.

Q. What happens if it’s raining, snowing, or dangerously hot/cold?

Your pup will always get a proper potty break and walk, but in extreme weather the outdoor time may be shortened. We want to be mindful of both your dog’s safety and our 4–5 hour shifts outside in NYC’s toughest conditions.

4. Returning Clients

Q: How do I book again?
Just log into Time to Pet — your dog’s info and preferences are saved, making re-booking quick and easy.

Judy and Ben is one of the most loving and responsible pet caregivers I know. She treats every animal like her own, with so much care, attention, and kindness. You can absolutely trust her with your furry family members!

Ben and Judy is the kind of dog walker every pup dreams of. A true dog mom at heart, she cared for her beloved Bernedoodle, Noodle, with the kind of love that melts hearts — and that same love now overflows into every furry friend she meets. Animals aren’t just pets to Judy — they’re family. She’s deeply compassionate, wonderfully intuitive, and always tuned in to the needs of the animals in her care. Whether it’s a cozy cuddle, a nourishing meal, or an extra moment to sniff the breeze, Judy makes sure every dog feels safe, seen, and sincerely loved. If you’re lucky enough to book her, know that your pup will be in the gentlest, kindest hands.

Ben was fantastic with my dog! Communication was great throughout the entire process, and I appreciated the regular updates and photos. My two big boys (Golden Retriever and Bernese Mountain) came back happy and well-exercised. They were so tired after their walk. I felt very comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Would definitely book again!

Judy has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Kimchi! From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she genuinely cares for the dogs she looks after. She took the time to get to know Kimchi's personality, preferences, and routines, and treated her with so much love and patience. Throughout the day, Judy sent regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell Kimchi was comfortable, happy, and in great hands. Judy even picked up on the little things like how Kimchi gets nervous around tall objects and made sure she felt safe and supported. It’s not easy to find someone who treats your pet like their own, but Judy truly does. I’m so grateful to have found her and will definitely be booking with her again. Thank you Judy for taking such wonderful care of Kimchi!!! ❤️

Our shih tzu has been in the loving care of this fantastic dog sitter (Team Pawsitive) for the past two years and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From regular walks to detailed updates and special attention since he is an older dog. Our shih tzu always comes back happy. I highly recommend this sitter to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.
